Our services include chatbot installation and configuration, automated cart recovery messaging sequences, customer support automation, performance reporting, and ongoing optimization. 3. Subscription Plans & Payment

• Services are offered on a monthly or annual subscription basis.
• Annual subscriptions are billed as a lump sum upfront and include a discount as specified on the pricing page.
• All fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law or as otherwise stated herein.
• We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' written notice to existing subscribers.
• Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account.

4. Free Trial

We offer a 7-day free trial for new customers. No credit card is required to start the trial. At the end of the trial period, you may choose to subscribe to a paid plan. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the free trial offer at any time.

5. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us at [email protected].

• Monthly plans: Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued.
• Annual plans: Cancellation takes effect at the end of the annual term. No refunds are issued for the remaining months of an annual subscription.

6. Client Responsibilities

As a client of CartRescue AI, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information during onboarding
• Grant necessary access to your e-commerce platform for installation
• Ensure your store complies with applicable laws and platform terms of service
• Not use our services for any unlawful, deceptive, or harmful purpose
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials

7. Results Disclaimer

CartRescue AI provides cart recovery services and reports average recovery results based on client data. However, individual results will vary based on store type, product category, traffic volume, pricing, and other factors. We do not guarantee specific revenue recovery amounts. Any figures stated on our website represent averages and are not guarantees of performance.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the CartRescue AI website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of CartRescue AI and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CartRescue AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, revenue, or data, arising from your use of our services. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the services in the three months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CartRescue AI, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of our services, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms and Conditions or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to use our services will immediately cease.

12. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved in the courts located in Massachusetts.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. We will notify existing clients of material changes via email. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
